Invite onboarding

Onboarding guide

Follow invite onboarding from email verification to Google sign-in, company review, admin identity confirmation, activation, and the first workspace handoff.

Invite-based Google session Activation steps

Screens, validation hints, and redirect timing can vary by country and review state. Use the KYC page for the current identity requirements.

Step 1 Open the invite email and start link The start link is invite-bound and passes through a short browser gate first.

Use the invite email that DynamicMail sent to the address chosen for onboarding. The start link is tied to that specific invite.

  • open the invite email and select the start link;
  • wait while the gate page verifies the browser and protects the link from automated email scanners;
  • no activation or workspace change happens during this gate.
Step 2 Continue with the invited Google session The international path uses the Google account to verify the invite email before the tenant details can be activated.

After the gate completes, the flow continues to the public onboarding view. If you are not already authenticated, the page asks you to continue with Google.

  • use the same Google account that received the invite email;
  • the Google session must match the invite recipient before activation can continue;
  • when you return, review the company name, country, registration number, VAT or tax ID, address, email, phone, and website.
Step 3 Confirm tenant admin identity Enter the admin details, choose the admin country, and provide the national identifier shown for that country.

The onboarding form collects both the tenant profile and the tenant admin identity before workspace activation.

  • enter the admin first name, last name, and address;
  • the verified admin email comes from the Google session;
  • choose the admin country so the backend catalog can load the right label, placeholder, and validation for the national identifier;
  • if that country requires an identifier before activation, provide it there; otherwise the verified Google email can remain the fallback until a KYC-gated service needs more.
Step 4 Review KYC requirements and activate Activation requires the DynamicMail terms and the identity checks that apply to that country.

Open KYC requirements if you need the current identity and review boundary before you continue.

  • confirm the tenant details and accept the DynamicMail terms for the workspace;
  • select Activate tenant workspace when the company profile, admin profile, and identifier are ready;
  • activation creates the tenant admin link, marks the tenant active, and starts any follow-up provisioning;
  • you may still see setup warnings after activation while background jobs finish.
Support When something needs follow-up Contact support if the invite address, Google session, or admin identity needs manual help.

Support can help if the invite recipient does not match, company details need correction, or an activation is waiting for manual review.
