Inbox handoff Workspace entry points Admin tools

Labels may vary between English-first onboarding and older Swedish workspace surfaces, but the workflow always follows the active tenant context.

Step 1 Land in the first tenant inbox After activation, the international path moves to the configured workspace link or the default inbox view.

The first handoff goes to the tenant DynamicMail view. If no separate redirect is configured, the existing inbox surface at /admin/inbox is used.

  • the redirect keeps the tenant context created during activation;
  • there is no extra marketing dashboard between activation and the first workspace view;
  • you may still see setup warnings while background provisioning finishes.
Step 2 Use the first workspace surfaces The inbox already exposes the main buttons for letters, agreements, search, and document intake.

The first workspace opens the inbox and action surfaces used for tenant work.

  • Inbound Letters, Outbound Letters, and Agreements Sent are the first counters and list views;
  • New Letter and New Agreement open the existing compose and document flows from the same workspace;
  • Filters & Search gives you the current search field, filter panel, and result counter inside the inbox view;
  • Inbound Sources is the existing entry point for document-source connections inside DynamicMail.
Step 3 Open Data Rooms or document flows The current file and document entry points are Data Rooms, the agreements page, and the new-agreement flow.

Select Data Rooms when the tenant room surface is available. For agreement and signature work, use the agreement entry points linked from the workspace.

  • Data Rooms already includes a room picker, members, upload, internal or external links, data sources, and tenant tools;
  • PDF and DOCX files can be opened in quick preview without leaving the room;
  • New Agreement supports document preparation, PDF preview, document upload, field placement, and send to Kivra Signatures.
Step 4 Agent, credits, and user entry points Admin surfaces already exist for tenant agent tasks, credit tracking, and user access.
  • inside Data Rooms, Running Agent Tasks exposes Manage Agents, Build Agent, agent selection, and Run Task;
  • credit panels expose available and reserved credits, and manual grants become available after the invited tenant activates onboarding;
  • Users & permissions or the legacy Swedish Användare & behörigheter surface lists active users and lets an admin add a user.
Support When a workspace surface is waiting Contact support if a panel, permission, or integration needs manual follow-up.

Support can help with tenant context, inbox access, data rooms, user permissions, and setup warnings after activation.
