Room-scoped document work

Data Rooms guide

Group documents, members, selected Google Drive files, and agent tasks in a bounded workspace. Access remains controlled by tenant and room permissions.

Data Rooms Room access Google Drive

A room does not automatically widen Google permissions or access to other rooms.

Step 1 Choose the correct room The room is the boundary for files, membership, and the context used by an agent task.

Check the room name and members before uploading, linking, or selecting documents.

  • room membership controls who can work with the content;
  • other tenant or room contexts are not added automatically;
  • preview documents before using them in a task.
Step 2 Add intended documents Use uploads, links, or Google Drive files the user explicitly selects.

The Google Drive scope provides technical API access, while the file picker and room permission model limit how DynamicMail uses that access in the product.

  • select only files that belong to the room purpose;
  • review filenames and access before import or synchronization;
  • disconnecting stops future Google access but does not automatically delete content already imported.
Step 3 Run and review agent tasks The agent works from available room context, and outputs need review before sensitive decisions.

Use Running Agent Tasks to start and follow up work. Room tools and data sources are separate from Google OAuth and from sign-in.

  • check the task files and instructions;
  • review results and source references;
  • use manual or professional review for legal, compliance, or accounting decisions.
